By using yalga (by Anything Technologies), you agree to these terms.
The service
yalga hunts for whoever can fulfil your request and brings you options. We don't sell the goods ourselves — we connect you with suppliers.
Pay only if we find it
You pay the finder's fee only if we actually find you an option. If we don't, you don't pay.
Fees & pricing
A small unlock fee when options are found, and a commission may apply to bookings. All prices include 15% VAT.
Booking & guarantee
When you book via escrow, funds are held until you confirm receipt, with a money-back right under the guarantee policy.
Suppliers
We make an effort to verify suppliers but don't guarantee every offer; the final dealing is between you and the supplier. Report any issue.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for illegal or prohibited requests. We may decline requests.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law, with no liability for indirect damages.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction.
