yalga (by Anything Technologies) respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect and how we use it, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
Your request text (what you're looking for), your phone number if you choose to enter it, and basic site-usage data.
Why we use it
To hunt for suppliers who can fulfil your request, to contact you about your request and options, and to improve the service.
Legal basis
We process your data based on the consent you give by submitting your request; you can withdraw it at any time.
Sharing
We may share a summary of your need (without identifying you) with potential suppliers, and with trusted processors (hosting, messaging, payments) solely to deliver the service.
Who processes your data
We rely on third-party processors under data-processing agreements, each used only to fulfil your hunt: hosting and database (Supabase), messaging via WhatsApp (Meta WhatsApp Cloud API), payments (Moyasar), and AI search (Anthropic and Voyage).
Retention
We keep your data while we process your request. Once a request is settled we anonymize it within 180 days, unless the law requires us to retain it longer.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete your data and withdraw consent — contact us and we'll action it under the law.
Security & data residency
We use encryption and limited access controls. Your data is hosted in Supabase data centres in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the GCC (Bahrain), or the EU (Frankfurt), consistent with the PDPL's cross-border transfer rules.
